For others, it’ll be honing your craft and finding deeper success in the day-to-day. Growth goals are how we ensure everyone is supported on their unique career journey.
We have two ways at Raisely to know what good looks like and measure impact:
Growth Goals outline what you want to focus on to improve, grow, foster happiness, or add value each 4-month cycle. These are driven by you – not Raisely – but all of us will support you to reach them during your work here.
Team members set up Growth Goals with input from their peers, manager and Growth Coach each cycle. Growth Goals should cover:
