Growth at Raisely is unique to each person. For some, it might mean taking your next step, finding greater responsibility, or learning a new skill. For others, it’ll be honing your craft and finding deeper success in the day-to-day. Growth goals are how we ensure everyone is supported on their unique career journey.

We have two ways at Raisely to know what good looks like and measure impact:

🌱 All about Growth Goals

Growth Goals outline what you want to focus on to improve, grow, foster happiness, or add value each 4-month cycle. These are driven by you – not Raisely – but all of us will support you to reach them during your work here.

How do I set my Growth Goals?

Team members set up Growth Goals with input from their peers, manager and Growth Coach each cycle. Growth Goals should cover:

| 1x functional capability you’re working on | Looking to grow? What skill or behaviour will you focus on to improve that will help you level up in your role and grow your career?

Happy with where you are currently at? What skill or behaviour will you focus on to deepen your expertise and enhance your impact in your current role? | | --- | --- | | 1x value in action you’re working on | What value from our Values in Action will you look to actively embrace, fostering growth and engagement? | | 1x bonus value-add you want to achieve | In what way do you envision adding value to your team, Raisely, or our industry this cycle? Let's keep it simple yet meaningful, aiming to create a positive and engaging impact. |

To get the best outcome, we recommend following the SMART goal setting principles:
